Schedule VIN Inspection Appointment (Level 2 / 3)

All appointments for Level 2 and Level 3 VIN inspections must be set up through your Dealer Suite in AZ MVD Now. Payment for the inspection will be due at the time the appointment is scheduled.

• $20.00 for Level 2 Inspection
• $50.00 for Level 3 Inspection
• $5.00 if State Assigned VIN is needed

If it turns out you need to upgrade or downgrade the Inspection type, the Enforcement Compliance Division (ECD) Officer will be able to collect or refund the appropriate funds at the time of the appointment. Payment must be either Credit Card, Bank ACH or use of AZ MVD Now Account Funds. Any refunds will be returned to your AZ MVD Now Account.

Schedule VIN Inspection in AZ MVD Now Dealer Suite

1. To schedule an appointment, log into your AZ MVD Now Dealer Suite.
2. From the Services menu select Schedule from the VIN Inspection section.

3. Select Level 2 or Level 3 Inspection from the Appointment Type drop down.

4. Details specific to the appointment type selected will display. In this example, you see details about Level 3 Inspection.
5. If this is the correct appointment type, click Continue.

These are the details associated to the Level 2 Inspection Appointment

6. Type the VIN for the vehicle to be inspected. NOTE: The inspection will only be completed on the vehicle with this VIN. You cannot use this appointment for a different vehicle.
7. Click Search.

8. If the vehicle is found the details will display.
9. Click Next.

If the VIN is not found, you will receive this message:

10. Select the inspection location from the drop down.

11. With the Location selected, the calendar will appear. Select the date for the inspection appointment.

12. With the Date selected, the available time slots on that day will appear. Select the desired time.
13. Click Payment to continue to pay for the inspection.

14. Click checkout and continue through the payment process as prompted.

15. When the payment is complete the appointment will be scheduled and you will have the option to download the payment receipt.

16. An appointment confirmation will be sent to the email registered. Below is an example:

Cancel VIN Inspection Appointment

1. To cancel an appointment, log into your AZ MVD Now Dealer Suite.
2. From the Services menu select Schedule from the VIN Inspection section.

3. All scheduled appointment will be listed.
4. Click the delete icon to delete the appointment.

5. Click Cancel Appointment.

6. The appointment will be canceled.
